6. Web analytics with PostHog
This website uses PostHog, a web analytics service. PostHog is operated on EU servers (PostHog Cloud EU, Frankfurt). Processing takes place only after prior consent via the consent banner.
PostHog collects usage data such as pages visited, time on page, device information, and interactions. No personal data is transferred to third parties outside the EU. Data is used solely to analyze and improve the website.

7. Google Ads (conversion tracking)
This website uses Google Ads, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), to measure the effectiveness of advertisements. Use takes place only after express consent via the consent banner (category "Marketing").
After consent, the Google tag (gtag.js) is loaded. When you visit the website, Google may set a cookie with a click identifier (Google Click Identifier, "GCLID") and additional device data if the visit came through a Google Ads ad. In addition, conversion events (e.g. submitting the contact form) are transmitted server-side to Google via the Google Ads API. Pseudonymized contact data hashed with SHA-256 (email, name) is transmitted to match previous clicks to conversions ("Enhanced Conversions for Leads").
Transmission goes to Google servers in the USA. Google has committed to an adequate level of data protection under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (EU Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent) in conjunction with § 25 (1) TDDDG. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future via cookie settings.
